Overview

This website is operated by Zeniy. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Zeniy. By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree to them, please do not use this site.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you order.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We do our best to display colours and product details accurately, but your screen may show them differently.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, to change prices at any time, and to limit the quantity of any product sold. If we cancel an order because of a pricing error, we refund you in full.

Orders

Receiving an order confirmation email does not mean we have accepted your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where we suspect fraud or where the product is unavailable. If we cancel your order after you have paid, we refund you in full.

How Neo Pro works

Neo Pro is a Bluetooth tracker. It works through the Apple Find My network on iPhone, or the Google Find Hub network on Android, depending on the version you buy. It has no SIM card and no GPS chip of its own, so it is located by nearby phones on that network rather than by satellite. Coverage depends on how many compatible phones are nearby. In a very remote area with no one around, a location may not update.

Neo Pro is a tool to help you find your belongings. It is not a security system, an anti-theft device or a tracking service, and we do not guarantee that a lost or stolen item will be recovered.

Using Neo Pro lawfully

You may use Neo Pro to keep track of your own property. Using a tracking device to follow another person without their knowledge or consent is illegal in Australia and in most countries. You are solely responsible for how you use the product, and you agree to use it only in a lawful way.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and the Zeniy name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Third-party links and services

Our site may link to services we do not control, such as Apple Find My, Google Find Hub, payment providers and carriers. We are not responsible for their content, their policies or their availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or of our products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the guarantees described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Please check it from time to time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
